Who we are

Hello Bloom is run by volunteer members of the Bloom events committee, residents of the Bloom neighborhood in Fort Collins, Colorado. We are not the neighborhood's developer, builder, property management company, or homeowners association (HOA) board, and this site is not an official channel for HOA governance, architectural review, covenant enforcement, or home warranty matters.

Purpose of the site

This site publishes information about events happening in the Bloom neighborhood. Content is posted and maintained by volunteer committee members. Event details (dates, times, locations) may change. We make no guarantee that listings are complete, current, or error-free.

Acceptable use

Committee access is limited to approved community members and is for posting legitimate neighborhood event information. Don't attempt to access committee features without authorization, and don't post content that is unlawful, misleading, or unrelated to Bloom community events.

Text message (SMS) program

Hello Bloom offers an opt-in text message program for event reminders and community notifications, open to residents of the Bloom neighborhood in Fort Collins, Colorado who are at least 18 years old. By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from Hello Bloom at the phone number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using any Hello Bloom service.

Message frequency varies depending on upcoming neighborhood events. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may modify or discontinue this program at any time.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on the information it publishes.

Changes

We may update these terms or the site's features from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
